I have been trained and certified in Teal Swan’s Completion Process and Evette Rose’s Metaphysical Anatomy Technique.

I have been on my own journey of spiritual growth since 2011, when my life had become so unmanageable, I had no choice but to start making a change within.  I saw some immediate results with some of the practices I found, and from there on out, my full focus shifted to spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being.  I have transformed in more ways than can be summed up in this introduction.  From addicted and homeless, to free from addiction and starting my own business.

I am so excited and grateful for the opportunity to share my favorite practices with you, and continue my own journey with the beautiful people of Ogden, UT.  I will be hosting the events at Moonstone Manor, and also available for private sessions.
