Root Chakra Workshop

Welcome to the Root (Muladhara) Charka Workshop! When our root chakra is out of alignment, it can cause all kinds of issues in our lives. Issues with safety and security, money, and health.

In this workshop we will do activities together to bring the root chakra in to alignment. We will do a meditation, use crystals, and have snacks and teas, all that will help to align the root.

This workshop is the second in our Chakra series. It's not necessary that you attended the first, which was an overview of the entire chakra system, but it would benefit you to attend the rest, the first Saturday of each month. (Packages available, see me at the workshop to book the series)
